As a result of production expansion, new product development and the need to meet regulatory requirement by agencies while carrying out quality checks/ test at our Central Warehouse, a Quality Assurance consultant is required to fill this role at SFH Access to Health Ltd/Gte, as well as carry out preventive maintenance and safety to meet industrial safety standards.
Responsibilities
· Sample and analyze all raw materials supplied for production.
· Analysis borehole water, potable water, and de-ionized water.
· Carryout chemical test on intermediates and finished product.
· Calibrate and maintain all laboratory Equipment.
· Assist in process checks on production floor and flow
· Draw, analyses and keep samples for chemical test of finished products.
· Carryout out in-process checks on packaging materials.
· Raise sample request for products and promotional materials.
· Take and keep record of temperature and humility reading of warehouse, laboratory, and production area.
· Maintain Safety culture of machines and general organizational safety and promote safety culture
· Prepare analytical report of production samples.
. Testing and safety management.
Qualifications
- Must have a HND/BSC in Biochemistry, Food science and other engineering discipline with understanding of Quality standards and Organizational framework.
- Must possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in industrial Manufacturing Environment with background in Quality Management.
