Position Summary:

• We are looking for a Project Site Manager to participate in the delivery and supervision of our projects on site as representative of OPDC.
• To engage daily with contractors, sub-contractors and other project vendors.
• Maintain and enforce high standards at all times during construction.
• To communicate and interact with the project consultants (architects, civil and structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, quantity surveyors).
To lead the direct procurement of key building materials and manage their inventory on site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters Level Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Technology.
• At least 3 years work experience in a construction, architectural or engineering firm with significant time spent on project sites.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to solve problems and find solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• General love of building and commitment to excellence in this field.
