Job Description:
The Project Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight to the organization, ensuring effective management, governance, and achievement of the mission. The Project Manager will report directly to the Board of Trustees. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic vision and operational management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the organization's mission and a proven track record of effective leadership in a nonprofit setting. By effectively fulfilling these roles, a project manager can play a vital part in ensuring the successful establishment and growth of the establishment, enabling it to achieve its mission and create a positive impact
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
2. Leadership: Provide visionary leadership, guiding staff and stakeholders towards achieving the organization's objectives.
3. Governance: Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management.
4. Program Management: Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.
5. Fundraising and Development: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure resources for the organization.
6. Financial Management: Ensure sound financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
8. Capacity Building: Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives to enhance staff and organizational effectiveness.

Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, make strategic decisions, and drive results.
Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive organizational growth.
Financial Management: Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
Fundraising and Development: Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit management, leadership, or a related field
Salary: 500,000 - 1,500,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
