Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reports To: Head of Facilities & Logistics
Job Objective:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing retail expansion and construction projects from conception through completion. This role is integral to organizational growth, ensuring the efficient development, renovation, and strategic positioning of retail outlets while aligning with brand and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retail construction projects end-to-end.
- Develop and implement an expansion roadmap, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and monitor project milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Prepare and control project budgets; analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations for new store locations.
- Design and present 3D models and detailed floor plans.
- Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality construction standards and modern techniques.
- Oversee renovation and upgrades of existing stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction or retail project management.
- Solid understanding of retail expansion strategies and site planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and other project/design tools.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.
