Studio Elementals is an architectural design and planning firm based in Lagos.Our work environment is professional and friendly within a bright space, providing the potential to engage in all areas of professional practice. We are seeking creative, talented, and dedicated architects to work on a broad range of local and international projects. The Studio has become known in its field through innovative design approaches and in-depth knowledge of green building planning measures. JOB DESCRIPTION A project architect with at least 5 years of professional experience. The applicant should be able to lead a project and be reliable, dedicated, and highly motivated with an eye for detail. They should be able to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Minimum Qualification: Masters in Architecture, ARCON license Experience Level: Senior Level Experience Length: minimum of 5 years Job Location: Studio Elementals head office: End of Chevron Drive, Lekki + Work from home on certain days is optional. Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming of project ideas
• Engaging in fieldwork and initial project research
• Planning and designing of buildings, exhibitions, as well as urban or more artisticprojects along with a team
• Producing architectural drawings from concept design to construction drawings
Lead site meetings and construction supervision (including writing of meeting minutes)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Bachelor and Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent
• Excellent drawing skills (Construction drawings)
• Must be proficient in corporate communication (written and oral) in English
• Must be based within reasonable distance to Chevron, or willing to relocate
Must have an interest in green building design measures and sustainability

• RevitAutocad (2d)
• Microsoft office (Excel, word)
• Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Rhino

Other favourable skills:

• ARCON License is a plus
• Good design skills
• Good at presentation layouts and graphic design
• Photography skills
• Drivers licence
• Own a car
