Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the entire garment production process for our Men’s Fashion line. This role requires a strong understanding of tailoring, production planning, quality control, team leadership, and workflow management to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and premium product quality.

Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight & Coordination

• Plan and manage end-to-end production schedules for menswear collections, including RTW and bespoke.
• Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, cutters, and finishers to maintain production flow and quality.
• Monitor daily workflow, work allocation, and ensure deadlines are met across all units.
• Supervise sampling, prototyping, and bulk production, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Quality Control & Assurance

• Implement and enforce quality control standards at every stage of production.
• Inspect garments for fit, finish, and construction before approval for final delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them swiftly to avoid delivery delays.

Team Management & Supervision

• Lead and supervise a team including tailors, cutters, graders, pressers, and beaders.
• Facilitate training and skill development where necessary.
• Maintain discipline, performance standards, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.

Vendor & Material Coordination

• Liaise with fabric vendors, accessory suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Ensure effective inventory tracking of fabrics, trims, and consumables.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly production reports (output, downtime, delays, rework, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of costs, timelines, and material usage.
