Job Title: Product Trainer – Solar & Energy Storage Product
Location: Ikeja
Level: Mid-Level 3–5+ years
Type: Full-Time
We are hiring a Product Trainer with strong expertise in solar panel systems and energy storage products (e.g., lithium-ion batteries, inverters). You will design and deliver product training to internal teams, partners, and installers—ensuring correct product use, field readiness, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Create and lead product training on PV systems, inverters, and battery storage.
Develop technical content: manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning materials.
Deliver hands-on and virtual training to sales reps, field teams, and installers.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams for up-to-date content.
Support product demos, onboarding, and live field enablement sessions.
Evaluate training impact through assessments and feedback.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
3–5+ years’ experience in technical/product training (solar & battery systems).
Strong understanding of PV technology, battery systems, and inverters.
Skilled in simplifying complex tech for diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel for on-site and field training.
