Job Summary: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in our marketing team, responsible for driving the success of our products in the market. Your main focus will be on creating and executing marketing strategies that effectively position our products, generate demand, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotion.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Product Marketing Plans:

• Develop and execute detailed product marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives and target key customer segments.
• Integrate brand management, graphics design, app management, and content creation into the marketing strategies.

Collaboration with Product Development:

• Work closely with the product development team to ensure product features and benefits are effectively communicated to customers.
• Translate technical details into compelling marketing messages that resonate with the target audience.

Product Launches:

• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating all marketing activities.
• Create launch materials, engage in technical writing, and conduct sales enablement training to ensure a successful market introduction.
• Product design, Graphics design and video editing is required for this role

Marketing Collateral Development:

• Develop and maintain a wide range of marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
• Utilize graphics design skills to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials.

Messaging and Copywriting:

• Craft persuasive and clear messaging for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Create content that supports brand management and effectively communicates the product value proposition.

Market Research and Insights:

• Conduct thorough market research and gather user insights to inform messaging strategies and product positioning.
• Utilize data to refine marketing plans and improve product market fit.
• Performance Analysis:
• Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed for optimal performance.
• Analyze app management metrics to enhance user engagement and product adoption.

Cross-Functional Teamwork:

• Ensure seamless collaboration across product development, design, and sales teams to maintain consistent product messaging and promotional activities.
• Leverage cross-functional insights to optimize marketing strategies and execution.

Industry and Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Apply insights from industry analysis to enhance brand positioning and product messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Experience in brand management, graphics design, app management, and content creation.
• Deep understanding of product marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
