Product Designer / Enterprise Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer with strong product management skills to help us build the next generation of enterprise eProcurement, eSourcing, and Supplier Network solutions. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive, user-focused enterprise products and can also shape product strategy and roadmaps, this role is for you.
You will join a fast-moving team that values clear thinking, user empathy, and clean execution. This is a hands-on role where design is central to solving real-world procurement problems for large organizations.
What You'll Do
Design-first responsibilities (Primary):
● Lead UX/UI design for web-based enterprise procurement tools.
● Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs using Figma.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
● Own and evolve our design system and UI component library.
● Collaborate closely with Software Engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Product Management responsibilities (Secondary):
● Define product requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
● Develop and maintain a feature roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
● Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to inform iterations.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product Engineering team, Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant teams across the organization.
● Present product updates and designs to internal and external stakeholders.
● Perform manual testing of newly developed features to validate alignment with the functional specification document.
● Support Agile processes including planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
What You’ll Bring
● 4+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio of enterprise work.
● 2+ years in a product ownership or hybrid designer/PM role.
● Experience designing and shipping complex SaaS or workflow-based enterprise products.
● Deep understanding of enterprise UX principles and system-level thinking.
● Ability to collaborate with developers and speak their language.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
● Experience with procurement, ERP, or supply chain platforms.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello or Productboard.
● Solid understanding of frontend development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Basic knowledge of database operations, including the ability to understand CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionality.
● Strong analytical skills and experience in defining and tracking product success metrics.
