Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Process Engineer to design, optimize, and support process systems for oil & gas, fabrication, or construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop process systems, including PFDs and P&IDs for plant and project operations.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
- Perform simulations and calculations for process design and validation.
- Support the commissioning and start-up of new systems or equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and project engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO) and HSE regulations.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, and operational phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
- 3–5 years experience in a relevant engineering role within the oil & gas, fabrication, or construction industries.
- Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety requirements.
