Labs by Bincom is a 3-6-month pre-incubator program designed for tech professionals, developers, designers, and entrepreneurs passionate about building a startup from scratch. Selected participants will work with a team to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that solves real-world problems, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from industry experts.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are not just looking for a job, but to become a co-founder and shape the future of a groundbreaking company. You will have the chance to collaborate with other talented individuals, develop and launch innovative tech products, and potentially own equity in the successful ventures created.

Responsibility

• Collaborate in small cross-functional teams to build and test early product ideas
• Develop backend systems and APIs using PHP (Laravel or other frameworks)
• Integrate third-party services and manage basic server-side infrastructure
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions
• Help translate product requirements into robust, maintainable backend code
• Learn how to build products with scalability, performance, and usability in mind
Get feedback from users and mentors to continuously improve the product

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in PHP and understanding of backend development
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar
• Basic understanding of MySQL, REST APIs, and deployment tools
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative coding environments
• A mindset for clean code, simplicity, and continuous improvement
• Willingness to grow, ask questions, and take ownership of your contributions
Prior experience in a startup or product-building environment is a plus, but not required
