Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various tests, transfusions, donations, or research. They will accurately label and ensure proper handling of specimens, adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, maintain accurate patient records, and perform basic clerical duties relating to patient care and lab maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine
• Experience in Medical Assisting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications in phlebotomy or related fields
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
