We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy personal assistant to support a senior executive in venture capital. This role blends high-level personal support with professional coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both personal and business domains.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders across personal and professional calendars.
- Coordinate household needs and errands (e.g., cleaning, grocery shopping, deliveries).
- Plan and book travel (local and international), including visas, hotels, and personal leisure trips.
- Handle wardrobe logistics (e.g., arranging dry cleaning, shopping assistance, and packing for travel).
- Manage personal finance-related tasks (e.g., bill payments, expense tracking, vendor negotiation).
- Coordinate with service providers (e.g., driver, cleaner, handyman, etc.).
- Source and manage personal services (e.g., chef, personal trainer, wellness services).
- Plan social engagements and dinners, including RSVPs and event logistics, including managing social media and creating content when necessary.
- Assist with property management needs within Olu’s Ikoyi apartment.
- Maintain confidentiality on all personal matters with utmost discretion. Team Interaction & Business Support.
- Schedule and prepare for internal meetings with the Oui Capital team when necessary.
- Act as the communication bridge between Olu and the team for updates, requests, and priorities.
- Help coordinate team events, off-sites, and virtual/in-person check-ins.
- Organize travel and logistics for team members as needed.
- Draft and format documents, presentations, and email correspondence.
- Manage shared task lists, agendas, and project reminders.
- Keep track of deadlines and follow up on action items with team members.
- Help maintain team morale by organizing small-scale gifts, wellness perks, and check-ins.
- Managing the cleaning vendor and building facility managers to ensure the office space is clean, accessible, and secure.
- Managing office supplies (ordering, inventory, restocking).
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Arranging catering for meetings and events, e.g., team-bonding events, etc. Managing office technology (computers, phones—sourcing, repairs, etc.) and liaising with external IT support providers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally supporting a high-level individual.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management tools, communication platforms, and productivity software.
- Trustworthy, resourceful, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible and responsive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Familiarity with Lagos service providers and logistics.
