Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Passenger Service Agent located in Sabon Gari. The Passenger Service Agent will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, managing flight information, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth and efficient passenger processing. The role requires daily interaction with passengers, including addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high standard of communication.

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Previous experience in aviation or a related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required
