Oracle Aconex Document Controller / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage project documentation using Oracle Aconex
• Set up workflows, user access, and permissions within Aconex
• Monitor and control document submissions, reviews, and approvals
• Maintain version control for drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with internal and client document control procedures
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth document exchange
• Generate reports and dashboards on document and workflow status
• Train users and provide support on Aconex functionalities
• Monitor data completeness, integrity, and metadata accuracy
Support handover documentation and final archiving processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, Information Mgmt, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in document control or project coordination
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex
• Knowledge of engineering/construction documentation workflows
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy

Additional skills:

• Oracle Aconex certification or related credentials
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, BS1192, or similar documentation standards
Experience with tools like Procore, BIM 360, or Asite
