JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing all internal operations to ensure efficient service delivery, cost control, staff productivity, and client satisfaction at Dr. Seyi Absolute Wellness Ltd. This role oversees daily workflows across all functional departments, supervises external marketing agencies and affiliate partners, and ensures operational capacity aligns with organizational goals. The position requires a hands-on leader who can translate company targets into measurable performance outcomes, maintain high service standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
LOCATION: Magodo, Lagos (Onsite)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
NET SALARY: ₦290,000 Monthly
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Must reside within Magodo or nearby environs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate strategic goals into actionable departmental plans.
- Conduct weekly performance check-ins with department heads.
- Monitor service capacity, client load, and resource availability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client protocols, and brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory control for supplements, spa products, and clinic supplies.
- Prevent stock-outs and ensure 100% accuracy between physical and digital stock records.
- Supervise procurement cycles and liaise with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Supervise daily operations across all departments (Spa, Nurse, Admin, Logistics, etc.).
- Conduct monthly staff performance evaluations with department heads.
- Monitor NPS to assess and improve client satisfaction.
- Track operational costs and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure budget adherence in procurement, staffing, and logistics. Ensure all external partners adhere to brand guidelines and company values.
REQUIRE SKILLS
- Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC in a relevant operations/management role
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven team leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and inventory tools.
- Financial and operational planning expertise. Ability to enforce structure, compliance, and accountability across teams.
