Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all store locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Implement and optimize processes to improve productivity, customer experience, and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards across all outlets.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop store supervisors and key staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Design and oversee training programs for staff at all levels.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all stores.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive in-store traffic, increase average spend per customer, and improve overall revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Lead the development and launch of new store locations or product offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Analyze financial statements to assess business performance and identify improvement areas.
- Present regular financial and operational reports to executive leadership.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Translate company goals into actionable plans for store teams.
- Drive alignment across departments to achieve strategic milestones.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent customer experience across all locations.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
