Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assign tasks, manage schedules, and oversee project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity.
- Monitor inventory and request materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or mining.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, tools, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read technical documents and work orders.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
