Job Summary
As an NYSC Intern in the administrative department, you will perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
· Client Support: Provide support to clients and customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
· Reporting: Prepare and present reports on your work progress and outcomes to your supervisor and team.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in social science and other related field of study
· NYSC Status: Currently undergoing NYSC program.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
