We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking technologies, be able to work in fast-paced environments, and ensure secure, high-performing, and reliable connectivity across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and security.
- Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for network devices.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and access controls.
- Respond to and resolve network outages, performance issues, and security incidents.
- Work with vendors and service providers to resolve connectivity and hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and assist in IT-related projects.
- Conduct capacity planning and recommend improvements for network performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.
- Experience with firewall configuration and network security best practices.

Pay: ₦100,230.00 - ₦107,230.00 per day
