Job Summary: Briclinks Africa Plc is looking to hire a highly experienced and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, with hands-on expertise in VLANs, subnetting, firewall configuration, server network management, and remote management tools such as iLO and iDRAC.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure
- Configure and manage VLANs, subnets, and routing protocols
- Deploy and manage firewalls to ensure network security
- Support server network configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Utilize remote management tools (iLO/iDRAC) for server monitoring and maintenance
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations
- Document network configurations and changes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
- Deep understanding of Layer 2/3 networking concepts
- Strong experience with VLANs, IP subnetting, and firewall rule sets
- Familiarity with server networking and hardware management tools (HP iLO, Dell iDRAC)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar network hardware
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
