Responsibilities:

Nail Services & Treatments:

• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail art, and polish application.
• Recommend suitable nail care treatments and products to guests.
Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, products, and techniques.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Sanitise tools and maintain the cleanliness of the nail station and equipment.
Follow spa hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe client environment.

Customer Service:

• Welcome clients warmly and assess their preferences and nail needs.
• Ensure a relaxing and satisfying nail care experience.
Address any client concerns or feedback professionally.

Product & Inventory Support:

• Monitor stock levels of nail care products and tools.
Assist with ordering supplies when needed and ensure products are well organised.

Requirements:

• Certification in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy is preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa.
• Proficient in manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel application, and nail art.
• Excellent hygiene and customer service standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
