About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced React Native Mobile Engineer to join our growing development team. You will play a key role in building high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your focus will be on delivering seamless user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with designers to implement user interfaces and user experiences that delight customers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work closely with backend teams to define and implement mobile app requirements.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile development using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with native mobile features (e.g., GPS, camera, push notifications).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Experience with mobile build tools and deployment (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio, Fastlane).
• Understanding of app store submission processes for iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin).
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or real-time data sync.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile (e.g., Detox, Jest).
• Contributions to open-source projects or mobile app portfolios on GitHub or app stores.
