COBBAcademy is the business academy for: Leaders, Businesses, Professionals, Business Owners, and Top-Tier Executives. With over 50 micro mentors, 50 programs, and 150 enrollments in just three years, COBBAcademy is set to lead in mentorship, coaching, and revelatory learning in business.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote role for Business Coaches, Consultants, Mentors, and Enthusiasts, from any part of the world. The Micro Mentor will be responsible for:
~ setting clear, immediate objectives
~ encouraging professional preparation
~ facilitating brief, focused interactions, and emphasizing direct-to-the-point exchanges that addresses the mentees' immediate needs or acquisition
~ flexibility and scheduling formats: these could be informal catch ups, coffee meetings, phone calls, or even online chats, depending on what works best for the mentor and mentee
~ follow-up: the emphasis should remain on achieving immediate value within each individual session
~ providing skill-specific guidance: provide insights, tips and tricks that aren't accessible through general learning platforms
~ providing project-based mentoring: such as data analysis, market research, and funding proposals. The mentor's expertise is highly relevant and practical to the project's needs
~ providing one-on-one and group coaching sessions
~ developing and implementing tailored coaching plans
~ mentoring clients for professional and personal growth
~ facilitating workshops and training sessions.
The Micro Mentor will track clients' progress, provide continuous support, and assist in the development of new coaching programs and materials.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
A Master's degree in any of these fields is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
~ Experience in one-on-one and group coaching, and facilitating workshops.
~ Experience in Leadership coaching, Business Development, or a related field is a plus
CERTIFICATIONS
Applicants must have at least three (3) certifications in business or corporate learning and skill acquisition.
The more certifications you can prove, the better your chances; only include relevant certifications.
