We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Laboratory Scientist to carry out diagnostic tests and provide accurate laboratory results that support clinical decisions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate laboratory competence, confidentiality and a commitment to quality service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct various laboratory tests on patient samples.
- Analyse test results and deliver timely and accurate reports to physicians.
- Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Maintain high standards of laboratory hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of biological samples.
- Manage documentation and quality control measures in accordance with hospital standards. Participate in internal and external quality assurance schemes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree.
- Full registration and current license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Must reside in Benin City.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and accuracy.
- Proficient in basic computer use and comfortable with hospital software systems.
