Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products
- Increase brand awareness Drive sales and revenue.
Requirements:
- A good degree in a relevant field (e.g., sales, marketing, business);
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate marketing;
- Strong portfolio with evidence of property sales;
- Excellent communication & client engagement skills;
- Target-oriented and confident closer;
- Good business acumen and understanding of the real estate industry;
- Good creative and analytical thinkerProven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Good project management, organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Compensation & Benefits:
- NGN 250,000 per month + commission
