Crestville Apartments, a premium short-let brand under AssetHaus, is looking for an experienced Marketing Associate / Content Creator to take charge of our digital voice, drive bookings, and help build a niche-loving community that keeps coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop engaging content across Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok & more to drive occupancy and page traffic

• Plan and execute content calendars that reflect our short-let lifestyle and apartment vibes

• Capture and edit stunning property visuals, behind-the-scenes shots, and client experiences

• Collaborate with sales, design, and guest services to align messaging with current offerings

• Analyze performance, refine strategies, and generate leads from content

• Take ownership of storytelling that converts casual followers into loyal guests
  

Who We’re Looking For

• A vibrant, creative mid-level professional (not entry-level)

• Strong skills in photography, videography, social media & storytelling

• Hospitality or short-let experience is a major plus

• Team player who thrives in a young, collaborative, high-energy environment

• Passionate about aesthetics, branding, and content that sells a lifestyle

• Based on Lagos Mainland (proximity to Surulere preferred)
