Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Restaurant Marketer to join our team.
As a Restaurant Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and drive customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image, increasing awareness, and attracting new customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the culinary industry, possess strong marketing skills, and be adept at building relationships with the local community.
Responsibilities:
Creation of Marketing Plan:
1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to increase brand visibility and drive customer traffic.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the local market.
3. Define target audience segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
4. Collaborate with management to establish marketing goals, objectives, and budgets.
Management of Advertising:
1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and local media outlets.
2. Create compelling and persuasive ad copy and visuals to maximize campaign effectiveness.
3. Monitor advertising performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns for better results.
Creating Events and Plans:
1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative promotional events to attract new customers and enhance brand loyalty.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary, operations, and front-of-house, to develop unique and engaging event concepts.
3. Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, budgeting, and marketing collateral production.
Community Management:
1. Build and maintain relationships with the local community, including residents, businesses, and organizations.
2. Engage with customers and the community through social media channels, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
3. Identify partnership opportunities with local organizations, influencers, and media outlets to expand brand reach and visibility.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
