*Job Location:* Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State, Nigeria (On-site)
A CAR DEALERSHIP is seeking an experienced and dynamic *Manager* to lead day-to-day operations, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee the brand’s online visibility through strategic content creation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with luxury brands and managing teams, with a strong understanding of how to communicate luxury and value both offline and online.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily operations, including staff coordination and customer management.
* Ensure smooth running of the luxury showroom environment.
* Represent the brand in high-profile client interactions and negotiations.
* Supervise and approve social media and marketing content before publishing.
* Work with the content team to craft brand-aligned campaigns and car promotions.
* Manage scheduling for car inspections, deliveries, and special appointments.
* Track sales performance and report to company executives.
* Monitor trends and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and client engagement.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role.
* Experience in a *luxury brand or dealership* is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Proficient in using digital tools, spreadsheets, and team management software.
* Skilled in overseeing content development and ensuring brand tone and quality.
* Must reside in *Lekki Phase 1 or nearby areas*.

Pay: From ₦250,000.00 per month
