Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Manager, located in Lagos with the flexibility of some work from home. The Life Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing life insurance policies, overseeing a team of insurance agents, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The role also includes handling financial assessments, developing insurance solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Experience in Finance and Insurance
- Strong Team Management skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Proven Sales skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work in a hybrid environment Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
