Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Legal Manager specializing in Property/Real Estate Law. The Legal Manager will handle tasks such as managing client briefs, drafting and reviewing legal documents, processing approvals, consent, stamping and registration on property transactions, providing legal advice on property and real estate matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves managing client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This position is a hybrid role based in Lagos, allowing for some work to be conducted from home.

Qualifications
Experience in Property Law and Real Estate Law
Strong skills in Legal Research and Legal Writing
Proficiency in Contract Drafting and Review
Client Management and Communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and must be called to the Nigerian Bar
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
