Job responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinates the legal dimension and activities of BOGL
2. Conducts legal analysis and researching legal matters.
3. Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
4. Acts as Commercial Manager by being involved in negotiations and actions pre- project take-off.
5. Provides legal advice concerning all activities of BOGL
6. Drafts, Reviews and Negotiates Contracts.
7. Prepares and file legal documents and represent the company in court.
8. Liaises with external regulators, adyisers, and solicitors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law - 1st Class
2. Member of the Nigerian Bar Association
3. Post Graduate Degree in Law, Business Management, or any related discipline
4. Minimum of 12-15years of experience
COMPETENCE:
1. 1. Confidentiality and Personal Integrity
2. Strong Knowledge of Corporate Governance legislation, Litigation, and best practice.
3. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
