Job Description: Lead Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized attorney to join our team in a role that blends legal insight with client engagement leadership. This role is essential to maintaining our high standard of legal service while ensuring a seamless experience for both prospective clients and attorneys across our platform. The right candidate will be both legally sharp and operationally sound.
Working Days-Mondays- Saturday
Working Time- 7am- 4pm EST
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Oversee lead generation activities, including inbound requests and outbound engagement.
- Evaluate and refine screening processes to ensure only high-quality, pre-qualified leads are routed to attorneys.
- Conduct brief legal assessments (where applicable) to confirm lead viability.
- Maintain compliance in lead communication to ensure all outreach respects legal boundaries and ethics.
2. Attorney Intake and Coordination
- Coordinate attorney onboarding and ensure they're equipped to handle leads based on their expertise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between leads and assigned attorneys for pre-consultation logistics.
- Ensure proper attorney availability for consultations and manage any rescheduling or escalations.
3. Legal Oversight and Case Matching

- Monitor intake forms and initial queries for legal red flags or urgent issues and escalate accordingly.
- Ensure leads are matched with attorneys who meet jurisdictional and case-specific requirements.
- Assist with maintaining and updating internal resources for attorneys regarding common case types, current immigration policy updates, and intake best practices.
4. Webinar & Event Coordination
- Coordinate and manage weekly live webinars involving attorney guest speakers.
- Assist in content preparation (e.g., legal review of talking points) and ensure attorney alignment with topics.
- Follow up with webinar leads and route them to appropriate attorneys for further consultation.
5. CRM & Administrative Management
- Ensure CRM is updated in real-time with accurate lead status, attorney notes, and scheduled consultations.
- Track and report on lead-to-consultation conversion rates.
- Create regular performance reports for management on lead handling and attorney performance.
6. Website & Open Forum Management
- Monitor the public-facing legal Q&A forum and ensure responses meet compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the tech team to address user-submitted bugs or issues related to form submissions and consultations.
7. Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all lead routing and attorney-client introductions adhere to bar guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in Nigeria(MUST BE CALLED TO BAR) (5YEARS ABOVE)
- Strong understanding of the immigration process especially US Immigration (asylum, family-based, H-1B, EB-1/2/3, TPS, etc.).
- Previous experience in legal intake, client engagement, or legal marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRMs, intake tools, and cloud-based scheduling systems.
