We’re looking for a motivated Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the CMO, this role will support campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization across paid channels. Your mission: help drive user acquisition and retention with data-driven strategies.
Your Role in our team
Plan, create, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels: Google Ads, Paid Social, TikTok, WhatsApp and other digital media.
Track and analyze performance (CPA, CAC, volume etc.) and iterate to meet KPIs.
Assist in basic SEO optimization (e.g., meta tags, on-page content, keyword structure)
Support A/B tests on creatives, bids, audiences, and landing pages.
Report results and collaborate with stakeholders to surface learnings and identify opportunities.
Assist in budget tracking and forecasting.
Contribute to campaign strategy discussions and stay up to date on industry trends.
Your Profile
1–3 years in digital/performance marketing or related experience.
Basic experience with paid digital channels & SEO optimization.
Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Google Sheets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn and test new ideas.

About us
Why we founded marta.
When we were seeking 24-hour care for our loved ones, we often felt left alone in this complicated and highly overpriced market. In addition, we became angry when we realized that the agencies were taking most of the salary we paid our caregivers. After five years of unsuccessful search for a reputable agency, in 2020, we took on the mission to improve 24-hour care in Germany and ultimately founded marta.
In memory of Marta, who lovingly helped us care for our grandparents for years, we named the company after her.
We take our mission very seriously.
We firmly believe that caregivers will take better care of our loved ones if we at marta provide them with fair working and living conditions. Our goal is to fundamentally improve the 24-hour care market by building a platform that brings caregivers and families together without any other intermediaries. We enable caregivers to earn a better salary through lower placement fees without families paying more.
