Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand project briefs, preferences, and functional requirements.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans tailored to client goals.
• Prepare detailed interior drawings, including furniture layouts, elevations, and finishes.
• Select and source furniture, fittings, materials, and accessories.
• Create 2D and 3D visualisations using design software for client presentations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Visit project sites to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Prepare project documentation including timelines, budgets, and materials lists.
• Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and emerging techniques.
• Ensure all work aligns with project timelines, budgets, and company quality standards.
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the organisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
• Strong design sensibility and creativity.
• Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Client-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawing and design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
