Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze clients’ IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Design and recommend technology solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, roadmaps, and policies.
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Draft clear documentation, reports, and progress updates. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
