About the Role:
A reputable investment firm based in Abuja is seeking a smart and motivated Entry-Level Investment Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will support the sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring of investment opportunities across diverse sectors, with a focus on underserved markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and conducting preliminary evaluation of investments.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling.
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company research.
- Help prepare investment reports and documentation.
- Monitor existing portfolio companies.
- Work closely with internal teams to support strategy execution.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, consulting, or analytics.
- Understanding of financial statements and basic valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with Nigeria’s startup or investment ecosystem is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
