Job Title: Inventory Officer & Store Supervisor
Location: Lekki- Lagos (Accommodation Available)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: NGN150k monthly
Description: Inventory Officer
- Ensure accuracy in inventory postings by the warehouse inventory team
- Develop and maintain inventory control records
- Monitor distribution of inventories.
- Oversee the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
- Supervise the offloading process, and the subsequent arrangement of materials so that they can be easily accessed and identified.
- Report all safety, production, and inventory issues to management and find ways to prevent a recurrence
- Ensuring that all received products meet the company’s standards
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc./ HND in relevant course.
- 2+ years of experience as an Inventory Officer
- Numeracy and data accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Retailman, Microsoft Excel, and purchasing software. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities
Overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff members
o Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
o Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers
o Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
o Ensure that a clean ambiance of the outlet is maintained all through the day.
Qualifications / Requirements
o Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
o Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
o Demonstrable experience managing customers
o Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
