Interior Designer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must be smart, motivated, creative and passionate about Interior Design with a strong knowledge of design software. Job Overview Minimum Qualification: HND or relevant design certification
Experience Level: Intermediary level
Experience Length: 3-5 years Key Responsibilities
- Outline client design objectives.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans as well as conceptual solutions that are both innovative and executable.
- Plan, design, and review detailed drawings and schedules.
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
- Source materials and products included in plans.
- Create ‘mood boards’ to sample your design vision.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and digital marketers.
- Coordinate site activities to ensure design is executed according to specification, quality, budget, and timeline. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Job Requirements
- BSc degree qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field of study.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Autocad and INDesign (among other software) to create detailed design layouts and Presentations.
- A strong grasp of space planning and design to generate the most value for projects. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work well within a team including all members of staff, clients and contractors.
