IT Product Analyst /Pharmaceutical Industry/SAP Product Requirement

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented IT Product Analyst to join our team in the pharmaceutical space.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both technical teams and business users to improve our IT systems. You’ll help us understand what users need, spot opportunities to enhance our digital tools, and support projects that improve how we work every day. It’s a great fit if you enjoy solving problems, learning quickly, and being part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, IT teams, and Business Users to define system requirements and business needs.

• Work with developers and engineers to implement enhancements to IT solutions.

• Analyze IT system performance and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track IT product performance.

• Ensure IT solutions comply with industry regulations such as FDA, EMA, HIPAA, and GxP guidelines.

• Gather and analyse feedback from business users to improve IT systems.

• Support the integration of emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud solutions) into business processes.

• Prepare and present reports with actionable insights for business
  

Requirements:

• Experience in E-commerce(ideally (SAP Hybris O2I processes)

• Understanding of SAP for Hana (ideally modules related to O2I processes)

• Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and system analytics.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Understanding of pharma industry regulations (FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GxP compliance) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Possessing the following will be a Bonus Advantage:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare IT industry.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• An eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
