In this role, you’ll lead the charge in identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners who can drive real value and engagement. You’ll be responsible for building long-term relationships, designing high-performing campaigns, and turning creators and affiliates into powerful growth engines for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and ambassadors across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with Spade’s brand and audience.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns around major sporting events, product launches, and cultural moments.
- Manage day-to-day communication, contracts, and deliverables with influencers. Track and analyze campaign performance, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Affiliate Program Management
- Design, implement, and optimize Spade’s affiliate program to drive traffic, signups, and deposits.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates — from betting tipsters to media platforms and webmasters.
- Monitor performance and payouts through affiliate tracking tools/platforms. Ensure all partners are compliant with Spade’s brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and affiliates.
- Host activations, challenges, and events that strengthen partner loyalty and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, content, and finance teams to streamline campaigns.

Growth & Strategy
- Stay on top of creator economy trends, affiliate innovations, and industry best practices.
- Recommend new influencer tiers, geographies, and incentive models to scale our reach. Constantly analyze, report, and refine influencer and affiliate strategies based on data.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or partnership roles — preferably in sports betting, gaming, fintech, or entertainment.
- A strong network and knowledge of influencers, communities, and affiliate networks across Nigeria (and ideally, broader Africa).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you’re confident pitching and closing.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance tools and affiliate dashboards.
- Strong understanding of sports culture (especially football) and youth-driven platforms like TikTok and Twitter. Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once with precision and personality.
