Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Manage and secure IT systems, including backups, antivirus, and access controls.
- Oversee network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Evaluate and suggest new tools and technologies to improve operations.
- Collaborate with departments to understand and address IT needs.
- Plan and implement IT-related projects such as upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
- Create engaging training materials and presentations.
- Design visually appealing graphics and slides for internal and external use. Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in IT support or administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficiency in operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
