Role Description
As an Online Education Support Volunteer , you will contribute to delivering impactful digital learning experiences by supporting virtual training sessions, developing content, assisting with learner engagement, and helping the team carry out its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and managing online training sessions
- Provide one-on-one learner support and follow-up communication
- Help in creating and reviewing educational content and resources
- Conduct research to improve training materials and learner experience
- Maintain communication between facilitators, students, and the support team Support reporting, attendance tracking, and progress monitoring
Please note: This is a volunteer position and does not come with a salary. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Experience in training, teaching, or educational support roles
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.) is an added advantage
- Prior experience in volunteer or nonprofit education projects is beneficial
