- We're seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Manage performance appraisals and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Prepare periodic HR reports and support payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of core HR experience
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
