We are a Human Resources and Business Structuring firm in search of a Human Resources (Intern) who will provide hands-on Administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team and assist in the end to end recruitment processes.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure our HR team is organized and operates smoothly to attract,hire and retain employees, thereby ensuring the growth of our organization.
Work hours: Mondays - Fridays (9am - 6pm) (one day onsite)
Salary: N50,000 - N70,000
Availability to start: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the below;
- Developing accurate job descriptions for roles
- Posting available job opportunities on job boards and updating the status of the jobs
- Sourcing and scraping recruitment platforms and populating the hiring funnel
- Responding to clients’ and candidates' emails.
- Screening candidates and assisting with interviews
- Scheduling virtual and physical interviews via emails
- Drafting offer letters using templates and sending to candidates with confirmation from the team
- Maintaining employee databases
- Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and complaints.
- Developing and sending in daily reports frequently and timely
- Coordinating communication with candidates via phone call and email
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives
- Performing other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Good knowledge of google workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills
- Excellent administrative, people & resource management
- Result and goal Oriented
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative when problem-solving
- Team player and self starter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month
