Responsibilities
- Maintain and update trackers for attendance, performance, and task compliance.
- Monitor daily employee activities and follow up with team members to ensure productivity.
- Maintain accurate staff records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Support leadership in creating a high-performing work culture.
- Assist with internal communications, team check-ins, and coordination of meetings.
- Compile and share weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
- Support employee evaluation processes and provide documentation for performance reviews.
- Communicate HR policies clearly and ensure company guidelines are followed.
- Provide general administrative support across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Ability to track performance metrics and take initiative in addressing issues.
- Confident communicator with a firm and professional presence.
- Proficient in basic office tools (Excel, Word, Google Suite, etc.).
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
