  • This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage people, track team performance, and maintain administrative order.
  • You will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency, track staff performance, and uphold company policies. A strong background in administration and a firm but fair approach to people management is key.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update trackers for attendance, performance, and task compliance.
  • Monitor daily employee activities and follow up with team members to ensure productivity.
  • Maintain accurate staff records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
  • Support leadership in creating a high-performing work culture.
  • Assist with internal communications, team check-ins, and coordination of meetings.
  • Compile and share weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
  • Support employee evaluation processes and provide documentation for performance reviews.
  • Communicate HR policies clearly and ensure company guidelines are followed.
  • Provide general administrative support across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Ability to track performance metrics and take initiative in addressing issues.
  • Confident communicator with a firm and professional presence.
  • Proficient in basic office tools (Excel, Word, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
