Job Summary
The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and general office administration. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth HR operations and effective people management across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff engagement programs.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Support training and development by identifying needs, organizing programs, and tracking progress.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
- Provide administrative leadership, including office management, documentation, and logistics.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Coordinate company events, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive HR and administration experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SPHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and team management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
