Role Purpose Statement: The Head of Sales oversees and leads the activities of the Sales Department.
The aim is to ensure that these functions are carried out effectively and efficiently, in harmony and in accordance with applicable statutory regulations, company’s operational standards and policies.
Main Accountabilities
· Coordinate the activities of the Branch Managers and sales team to achieve sales targets.
· Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth
· Provides leadership to the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
· Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
· Suggests pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales
· Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
· Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales
· Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams on bulk order.
· Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
· Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
· Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of Branch/Sales managers.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
· Performs other delegated duties.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦700,000.00 per month
