Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in a boarding school environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide primary health care and emotional support to boarding students.
- Administer prescribed medication and monitor students' health status.
- Supervise daily routines, meal times, bedtime schedules, and hygiene standards in the hostel.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the hostels at all times.
- Maintain accurate student medical and behavioral records.
- Collaborate with the school clinic, parents, counselors, and academic staff on student care.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, promoting personal and social development.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals when needed.
- Manage and train hostel staff to ensure high-quality care and discipline.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse/Midwife or B.Sc. in Nursing/Public Health
- Certification in First Aid or Emergency Response is an advantage
- Proven experience in managing student welfare in a boarding school
