Job Description:
As a Hairstylist at Queen’s Beauty Glamz , you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including braiding, gelup, nails , lash , and others . You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality braids and styling services to clients.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyles and recommend appropriate services.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Promote salon products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hairstylist.
- Knowledge of various braids styles , coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
